AC/DC is my favorite bands, and I chose to review this album because I think it is highly underrated. It is AC/DC's old stuff that was released four years after Bon Scott's death. All the songs on this album are sung by Bon Scott, not Brian Jonhson. The reason a lot of people dont get this album is because it only has five songs, but it's still very good. I think what they should of done is found about five old live tracks from Bon and put them on this CD ,or have Brian contribute some new songs to this album. But even with only 5 songs, it's still worth checking out. I first decided to take a look at this CD after watching Family Jewles and hearing songs like Baby Please Don't Go, Jailbreak, and Show Buisness on this album. And it turned out the CD was very good, just to short though.
1. Jailbreak: This a great way to start out the CD. The riff in this song is amazingly good and catchy, definetley one of the best AC/DC riffs. This song is about one of Bon's friends going to jail, then trying to break out, and then getting shot and killed in the process of escaping. About 3/4 into it, right after the solo, the song slows down, and Angus uses his SG to make the sounds of spotlites, sirens, and rifles. I like this part because I like the creativity Angus has with his guitar. The song then ends the last minute with a solo with the main riff going in the backround and the words "Jaaaiiil-break" in the background. 5/5
2. You Ain't Got A Hold On Me: This song starts out with a blues sound to it. Bon is singing about a girl that is trying to control Bon to much and then Bon saying that she doesn't have a hold on him and telling her to leave him alone. The solo in this song is average, not as good as most AC/DC songs are. Throughout the song nothing much stands out as that great to me.It's an OK song. 3/5
3. Show Business: Most AC/DC fans consider this to be Bon Scott's best songs that never became a huge hit. It is about coming up in show buisness and what you do and go through in show business. The guitar in this song is great, some of Angus' best work. It starts out with a intro solo, then there are two solos in the middle of the song, and then an ending solo. There is a ton of great guitar in this song. Overall, an extremly good song. 5/5.
4. Soul Stripper: This is the longest song on the album, at six minutes amd a half minutes. The first two minutes of the song are instumental. Then Bon comes in and sings about a girl that he met that started to make him do things that he didnt want to do. The lyrics to this song are ptetty good. It has a very good coarse to it. The sound is a little bit different then most AC/DC songs, but it sounds pretty good. This song is another very bluesy type of songs. 4.5/5
5. Baby Please Don't Go: For those of you that have seen the Family Jewles DVD, you probaly no this song as the song that Bon Cross Dresses, It's pretty funny. Its got a great riff to it. Then half way through the song, it sounds like its over, but then it comes back. Bon then starts singing again and Angus immitates Bon's singing on his guitar, this is probaly the best part of the song. This is a great song. 4.5/5
I'd give this CD a higher rating if it had more songs, but still this CD has some great songs and you should definetley check this album out.

'There was a friend of mine done murder...'
It's so great when you're out in town getting pissed and hating all the crappy doof-doof music blasting around you, and then a cover band starts playing Jailbreak.
Especially when you sing 'Jailbait' instead of 'Jailbreak', and the chicks with you get mad.
Hurhuhruhruhruhr. God love 'em. Rock on.

Anyone know where I can buy the aussie version of this cd? I want all the songs not just 5 songs.

The songs on here are good, but i'm sure they could have easily got some more rare ones to justify the full price

Good review, though I disagree with everyone of you guys. This is one of my least favorite AC/DC albums, and I like AC/DC.

Uhh, not really. One of the only songs I liked was Jailbreak.

Yes Jailbreak is probably my favorite from this album too. I just don't like how there's only five songs on it. In general, they're all good Rock 'n Roll songs.
