found a whole page of alternate tracklists for their entire discog. not sold on all of them since theyre a bit anachronistic and fuckin loong but turned this album into the mammoth double album it was born to be by adding all the weirder experimental non album material

interesting stuff makes for a pretty fun jam. the one for the unforgettable fire might be better (but also that albums just better in general)

First 4 tracks of this rule, but I never bother to listen past that

maybe i gotta bump this up. i never jam its main tracklist anymore (which id have to do first to justify said bump) but most everything but red hill mining town is a slam dunk for me. one tree hill is like top 5 u2 minimum

This album got so many classic tracks it's almost impossible to go through it without having an emotional breakdown/override at some point.

One Tree Hill is awesome

yeah one tree hill is like a top 5er of theirs minimum. the last three are tops for me here. mothers took a while to sink its claws into me but now its probably my favorite closing track of theirs

still a big believer in the idea that this really should have been the double album bono wanted it to be and that it feels incomplete as is without the other weirder cuts they recorded to complement it
