Great review, for me, one of The CureĀ“s best

Funny because I think Seventeen Seconds is the least repetitive of the famous three. It's short and sweet, straight to the point. Faith seems like the endless one for me, but I kinda like it... ?

A wintry and bleak album, i like it very much. This is not goth, this is dark and wintry post-punk.

Record is probably my third favorite album they have. The whole thing feels like the equivalent of being in a dream.

Yeah, sometimes I fail to believe that this album even lasts for 35 mins. It's over so quickly.

This album ends so premature and unexpectedly.
It's like asking your parents when the long car trip will be over and them responding that it already is.

Gonna be real honest with myself right now... At Night is the best song I've ever heard in my lifetime.

Album Rating: 4.0
will this in fact be your 10th rating?

Album Rating: 5.0
No but this has slowly climbed to become my #1 Cure record of all over the years. If I rated it I'd feel compelled to review it and no one needs to see that ugly snot crying close up.

At night, secrets, and m are too close to each other as my favorite song on the album

Album Rating: 5.0
Every song on this is insanely on-point but At Night blows them all away. A Forest is legendary too. I love everything about the wavelength they were riding on this record. Faith And Porno were the only other records that remotely captured the unique atmosphere on this album, and those 2 have a slightly different twist on it. 3 god-tier albums in a 3 year span, so nuts...
