This is good, but Sphynx is way better. [2]
Thisis just more normal than sphinx. That album had a lot more middle eastern rhythms and scales. Also this sounds just more accessible, less freaky!
Thou the drumming on here is nice it has nothing on Proscriptor's madness on Sphinx.
Excellent album anyway, the final title track grabbing me the most!

I mean it's not a bad album at all, I just got really bored with it really quick. This one is a lot more straightforward and doesn't feel anywhere near as tedious as Sphynx.

ah well right, Sphynx really needs more time as they really develop different ideas there extensively, this one sounds more streamlined to me (like more fitting into metal schemes).
might be rewarding to give sphynx another spin with some time to dive into the atmosphere...
