The tone is eerie, but going even further with Orion’s guitar skills wouldn’t be pulling at any threads, or would certainly not deplete the sentimental facets of the album.
Nergal’s vocals are without layering now; rasp but less exciting.
A combination of lethargy and an onslaught of riffs is
what make them a controversial band today.
lethargy=fatigue, why would that make them controversial?
alright i went back and read this thoroughly and these are the only sentences that i think have flow issues. i must say kal, you deserve that approval, i hope i get it in about 10 more reviews. I'm checking out Zos Kia now.

I thought that this would be brilliant after Demigod but all I've heard is 'Prometherion' and that's a bit too Nile-esque for my liking. If I wanted to listen to them, I would!

Warrel Dane is not a bad vocalist.
It's obvious to me you just don't like his tone. I can appreciate some singers are absolutely wonderful in terms of talent and range - Claudio from C&C for example.
But I can't stand his voice. It ruins my nerve endings and makes me want to dissect my own genitals.

I love Behemoth. I saw them live this past April and find them to be an amzeing live band as well as their CD's just translate so well from CD to the stage and V/V.
