Several steps closer to the edge, and they're about to break?

I love it. Can't get enough of it right now, such a tight record.

And yes, Zanders - spot on for the reference!

i have mixed feelings... i think their new style blows but i can listen to the whole album without a problem, only "robot boy" annoys me.

I think it's worth listening to this, but it gets old really fast.

I'm loving how divisive this is. I knew that's the way it would be from the second I listened to it.

Mike just rules on "Wretches", reminds me so much of the first 2 records.

Yeah, that song cops way too much flack.

They really should have just ended this with The Catalyst, because The Messenger is really such a bad song.

I like this review...primarily cause i agree with it the most..but a solid write up too...but yea although it'll be a while thinking about it now it should be interesting where they go next.

The verses in Wretches are boss as hell but I could not get passed the chorus

This is actually not that bad. The vocals are the main problem, probably for the first time in their career.

The edgy vocals are gone, guitars are minimal, heavily toned down but I don't mind the new sound one bit.

Couldn't agree more with this review. Nice one!

I really liked this album. One thing that I find surprising is the fact that the first two leaked songs, Catalyst and Wretches and Kings sounded awful by themselves, but within the context of the album they work. I guess that´s why they´re selling the album in iTunes as just one track.

I read somewhere it´s supposed to be some kind of concept album about Nuclear warfare and how science and mankind are destroying Earth... It at least explains the cover.

It doesn't explain the lyrics though.
