More than likely if it keeps going at this rate. I'm bummed by it, tbh. Going into their work, I had only heard big singles that I didn't like at all, so when I heard how good they were at the beginning stages of their career, I was amped. Sadly, that doesn't seem to last past album #4 for me

Being one of my favorites, I'm biased to Queen's discography, so I don't mind some of their 80's stuff personally (you know, aside from Flash Gordon). You should definitely check Innuendo though, it's their best post-Jazz album imo.

I'm definitely cautiously excited to get to that one

“So I encourage you to grab a cold beer and let the good times roll!”
I like how I included that line at a time when I’d never even had a drop of alcohol yet
Anyway, fantastic album. Definitely in my top 5 Queen records

Overrated, IMO. 3 Hits and a lot of filler.

the weakest for me from their classic 70's period but still an excellent album

Definitely the weakest for me as well, followed by the debut. Never managed to get into those two albums, unfortunately. Love the three hits here though.

The debut has grown on me a lot
Liar is one of the band's best songs

Maybe I should give it another chance, been years since I last jammed it, but it felt really sloppy.

Freddy Long Hair > Freddie Mustache. This is where he went to barbershop, and decided for a new look.

"This is where he went to barbershop, and decided for a new look."
Not quite yet. In fact, during the Game era (1980), Freddie sported the rare short hair/no mustache look; I think that's the only time he ever did that. But when Hot Space came out, that's when the new 'stached-out look was born :]
