no, im in the states, but the rule is, at least what ive always been told, is that as long as it is out somewhere in the world, no matter where you live, or if there is a stream obviously, then you can post a review.

Hmmm, in that case I know of many reviews, not just mine, that should have been deleted... regardless, I'll be sure to wait until the release date in the states before posting another new one without a stream. It does seem a bit odd to me though that they would base that on just where a user lives. Assuming that he or she were not using there real name, how would they know if the user were lying about his or her location?
