I don't know any Pokemon post the first 300 or so in the Pokedex, but having looked it up, this one (Azuril) looks like a cross between a Polywhirl and a Marill. I approve.

I really love his take on the urban side of the roadway- its history, the scene and whatever it represents as an actual Expressway inside that matrix of the city

Traffic Shock is one of his best and craziest pieces. So much stuff going on, it's completely overwhelming yet so fitting for what it portrays.
