this is a great album, have played it through about 3 times now, and i've liked it more with each listen.

This actually sounds really good, nice review too Sea. The band reminds me of Totalt Jävla Mörker
(Totalt Javla Morker in database). I'd recommend them to anyone looking for something similar.

the reason for the slowdown of the album is due to it being built for vinyl release. there's a side A and a side B. first side is hardcore, second side is sludge
and sea did you rip that slayer comment off another pulling teeth review. i'm assuming you've never listened to a slayer album and would therefore not be familiar with something that sounds slayer-esque but it seemed way out of place given what you listen to. if i'm wrong then whatever

ala- yeah tbh I did. I recognized that it was thrash (couldn't tell you quite why considering i don't really listen to thrash) but obvi didn't know it was slayer and figured giving a specific band reference would give the reader a better reference pt. forget where i saw the slayer comparison... i don't think it was a review as I try specifically not to read other reviews before writing mine so dumb shit like that doesn't happen haha but it was probably in a comment or sumthin.
