It's just a pointless statement. Obviously what's presented on the album is going to effect how much you enjoy the album but we should get that through actually explaining some of the elements and your overall rating.

It's better to leave out the obvious fact that atmosphere will make an album better or worse and just elaborate more on what makes the atmosphere so good here. You're wasting both space and what little attention span the reader has in the first place. If I'm reading a review that is a chore to get through in the first place and happen upon a statement like that I won't read any further.

It's relevant that you find the atmosphere to be beneficial to the record, but it's not relevant to say "well it can go this way or that and it happens to go this way". Just say what you think and go on to describe why you think it.

It's nothing to dwell on, just try harder next time and take the criticism you received this time and try to apply it to your next work. While this is not a particularly spectacular review, it's far from the worst and it's obvious you have the potential to become a good writer.
