I'm going to be a fag, recant what I said about Oh! Calcutta!, and let it be known that this album is one of my all time favorites.

There isn't a single song I don't love on here. Oh! Calcutta! has Beyond the Embarrassing Style and Requiem Revisited. The songs from O!C! are their best live stuff though.

Holy shit yes it does. I love the explanations for EVERY pop culture reference, line for line. Makes the album more clear I think.

On With The Show is really good, but only a few others stand out to me.

It's okay, you can be wrong and it's totally cool.

Actually keep listening. Trust me when I say that this gets much better with time. I used to have it as a 3 and now it is one of my favorite albums ever.

I think you're more into this style of music than me, though. Either way, I'll listen again.

Even if I am, trust me, I think this album is probably one of the most accessible punk albums ever. Especially if you get into the lyrics and the album on the whole. The concept is pretty much perfection.

this 3.5 rating is an injustice to such an amazing album. I highly recomend giving this another spin; it truly is a classic.

One of my favorite albums of all time. I definitely disagree about who sings the standout tracks..

On With The Show is the greatest song ever.

Why don't more people listen to them?

I find it very hard to find anything wrong with this album. To me, it flows so well, and I believe there is at least 1 fairly catchy part in each song. I love oh! Calcutta, however I felt they had a couple filler songs on there, but some really amazing other ones. This just seems more complete to me.

I find a new favorite song every time I listen to the cd, after several listens I keep getting pulled deeper and deeper into it. Currently, The Rambling Boys of Pleasure is encompassing me.
