Not as good as Fever to Tell, but still pretty decent. I agree with your review for the most part, although I think 'way out' is a great tune.

I really quite enjoy Gold Lion. I might pick this up if the rest of the album is like that.

FTT is much much better imo i think, SYB is kinda average i think, most of the songs are really slow and lack energy

This is actually quite an enjoyable album. I'm going with Spin and Rolling Stone on this one. Great album.

This CD is a little better than I had thought it would be. I'm still trying to decide is it's better than FTT.

This album is by far the best this year. Cheated Hearts should be a single!

There's a few songs on this album I really like and, as an album, I like it a lot more than Fever to Tell. I don't really care too much for most of the singles that were released though... I could do without hearing Maps or Cheated Hearts again for the rest of my life.

This album lacks the raw energy of their first full length ep, and that is kind of a downer for me, but I think that it is a genuinely well written album.

I actually really like this album. It is my second favorite next to their debut EP. Honeybear and Phenomena are probably my favorite tracks from the album. I don't get why everyone think Fever to Tell is so much better, I mean I love the album, but it just didn't seem to have enough substance. Haha if that makes any sense. But that is just my opinion.

I've tried listening to this 3 times and have fallen asleep every time. I don't think it's meant to be.
