I love Machine Head but this seems like a pointless album as there are many bootlegs available over the years, some of pretty good quality too and more interesting set lists (as well as some good youtube stuff). This uninspired release (including the title and artwork) of a great live band was surely released to complete their contract with Roadrunner Records. There are some excellent highlights such as Bulldozer and This is the end but this lacks that little something extra for the hardcore MH fans. Minus points for the awful 'who we are' being included in place of so many other great MH songs. Still the tracklist of compilations/live albums always fuels debate I suppose.

Listening to this for the first time in a while, it’s bizzare that this was the album that made the penny drop for me with the locust album. I found it so unintresting when it came out (didn’t hate it just did nothing for me) and basically just ignored it in my collection, then i bought this on a whim and as pretty much the entire record is on here something with the songs just clicked.
