is it just me, or is this album getting a lot better in its second half? or I'm just getting into it now haha

Shit, more space metal? Count me in! If this is even a bit similar to say, Kalisia, I'm gonna fall in love with it.

From the description, this would sound like btbam + moar melodic dm (not that it would be bad)

amirite?

"the art really isnt the best representation of the sound" And that's an understatement - this is kick-ass stuff!

"Artwork is a nice contrast next to Interstellar" [2]

Now that you mention it, the Snowday album art on the homepage is could be one of the Interstellar planets, too....

Still need to check this out, Ins. I keep getting sidetracked with work but they finally have been shortening my hours like I asked.

eh kind of. the songs are structured way better than btbam songs and there arent nearly as many random genre shifts

Love the majority of the album but I feel like the last song just kind of meanders forever.

The first listen wasn't that impressive, it grew a lot on the second one.

this album is fucking amazing, does Björn Strid do guest vocals on Landfall? it really sounds like it...

it's just getting better with each listen! this album showed me you don't have to be that inovative and experimental to stand out and make a great prog dm these days, just solid songwriting without unnecessary technical wankery, and awesome riffs. I'm making it sound too simple now I guess haha. anyway, excellent album!

yeah i really like how it's not wanky, it feels like it's a blend from the cool parts of Persefone's and Soilwork's last album

i agree the closer is the most wavering track but it does have the best use of clean vocals on the album
