Meh i guess you can take out the prog influenced albums by Opeth but they are a thing that they made, and they arent all that bad so... i was for the most part comparing with old school Opeth obviously their sounds are very different

It is flawed but you guys probably find that to be part of the charm, Hawks mentioned Orchid by Opeth & that’s an interesting parallel simply for that reason. I know Orchid is flawed but personally I still love it regardless.
