Yeah, dmp, it was the Gallery of Sound in Wilkes.
I know a couple of my friends went as well. I didn't know you needed tickets to get in though.

I've always liked this band but I've kind of, like everyone, grown past pop punk. However, the average for this album is pretty strange to me, so I'll have to jam this.

rating is bullshit. listened to the first half and it's still generic as hell and the vocal harmonies are hilariously predictable on every song. i mean its not offensively embarassingly bad like their eps and last album i guess but thats not really a glowing endorsement
ill give them that the instrumentation is better, the songs sound tight, production is cleaner but god damn the reverb on the snare muddies up everything. still pretty bad album overall and i doubt the last 5 songs i didnt bother listen to are any different because every song so far pretty much sounds the same

onen of hte worst bands ever tbh
this isn't quite as bad as their old stuff but a 4.0 average is like way way way way too generous for this shit

See, it's funny because I too thought their EP's were terribly mediocre and unexciting. I the reason why I adore this is because they finally stopped being a poor man's version of TSSF and actually decided to do something fun and old-school, which resonates a lot with me cause' I'm a stickler for early 2000's pop punk and not the whole tr00nami shit going on.

I've hated everything they've put out but might as well give this a listen.

I've literally never heard of these guys before this year, despite living in the UK and loving pop-punk... not sure how that happened. Anyway. It's clearly very very oldschool in approach, not sure I can get super into it now that the likes of The Wonder Years have spoiled me.

Wonder Years hardly even resemble pop punk anymore. Just well written emo music.

Has some pretty fun tracks, still pretty average though. The guitars are tight though, but I cannot stand the production/sound of the drums on this album.

This album really is incredible from start to finish. One of the best pop punk albums of the modern era, for sure. I started listing some tracks to recommend and realized that listing seven tracks was ridiculous. 'Kali Ma', 'Gold Steps', and 'Serpents' are getting the most play from me. 'December' is going to be their new go-to acoustic song to replace 'A Part of Me', and as much as I love 'A Part of Me', I'm okay with this assumption because 'December' is fucking great.

I like their previous stuff but there are a billion bands that do pop punk well, I liked the hardcore influence on their old stuff. It was cool, and im a depressing fuck so happy music doesnt resonate with me the way sadboi stuff does. Will still pick this up though
