One of my favorite "hey dude, listen to this album" albums. So many people have never heard this album and only know Harvey Danger as the "Flagpole Sitta" band. This album is a thoroughly enjoyable run though what I'd describe as Morrissey (even name-checked in the first song) gone 90s indie rock. The witticism of the lyrics and how catchy of a lot of the guitar work is makes you scratch your head and wonder how this never got a wider audience considering what was cachet at the time (heck, even Morrissey himself was about to enjoy a renaissance). So many great lines on this album, it's hard to even remember them all. Pour one out for HD, they deserved better.
