It sure is.
Big well written review for this one. It kinda touches on Richard O'Brien's (plays riff raff) extensive input into the project, but I wanted to add that I believe Richard wrote the music, lyrics and book. Also he and Tim Curry were in both the movie and the Original 1973 live musical cast.
