Maybe being English makes her intense London accent more grating, idk, but I'm used to it now and loving this. Lipslap bangs

just light hearted, happy music that doesn't take itself too seriously, need more stuff like this in my mostly pretty sombre library

that's fair enough, imo the j pop influence coming from a British perspective gives this a pretty unique charm

I've found the vocals in grime a lot more tolerable than I initially found this, and yeah I can see why they come across kinda tacky, but whatever they're doing it dig it

That is good logic tbh. For me this is really like a 3.7, some 3.5's i consider a little on the lower end as well
Overall this is perfect happy pop music for me, but because of that it simply lacks a little bit of depth my higher rated albums have so i just can't justify giving it more than that.

My ratings are very much based on enjoyment usually. I have a blast every time I put this on, so I see no reason to not give it a rating that reflects that.

ore you make your skin turn pink?
Honestly I am probably the last person to give this a 4, but I unironically really enjoyed this one, and have been told Time and Place is gonna be more my thing. The only tracks I didn't really enjoy were Heard a Song, Break and Hey Parents. Lipslap makes up for any misstep on this thing because that song is just perfect. Great review
