Band seems interesting. Would like to check them out again.

relistened and I still stand by the fact that this is their weakest album but that should be saying something. Yes the lyrics are phenomenal and the songwriting is refined but maaaaaaan do I miss the ENERGY and how hard-hitting their riffs used to be. Definitely catchier, definitely has a broader appeal, but I'm also probably alone in saying that their first album is their best one...

I think you'll find many of us like s/t the most. They are all super close in quality imo though (I have them all at 4).

great record. idk if i love it quite as much as the self titled or the dream is over which were both immediate holy shit moments for me but they are a very strong 3/3 in their career which is better than most bands can do

I don't think this one is as solid as TDiO, some 2-3 songs that don't fully click with me.
But oh man the ones that do click SO.FUCKING.HARDDDD. As a full, i don't think i'll come back to it as often as i'll come back to tracks like Free at last, Sibling rivalry, FBM or see you at your funeral.
also, anyone getting a brit-pop vibe from "see you at your funeral"?
i can totally see Blur playing that song, tbh.

Bloody Mary is one of my fav songs here. I love the contrast of the horror-esque lyrics with fun upbeat music

Rosenstock has never once blew me out of the water.
Guys, Periphery has like 60 pages of comments. We really need to step it up.

WORRY. was probably the top punk release of 2016, so you may be nearly alone in that opinion friend!
If you haven't yet (or if it's been a while), check out the stretch of songs on that album from Blast Damage Days through Planet Luxury. Four tracks, six minutes total, and ranges from power-pop to punk to ska to hardcore. It's an incredible six minute journey.
