Soooo good. Not as good as their debut IMO, but with some fine songs and interesting eclecticism.

"I have heard people say that Papa Roach stole this for their last resort song but i personally dont see the resembelance."

I don't think so either. It was stolen from Carcass' song Death Certificate. There is no arguing with that, they stole the riff exactly.

Wrathchild is the only song I really love on this album, but Murders In The Rue Morgue is also good. Their debut album, Iron Maiden, was better.

I love this album, especially Killers and Wrathchild. But it is IMO not as good as Iron Maiden. I rate this as my 3rd fav Maiden album, behind NotB and Iron Maiden.

I wish I had updated my comments on this album now that I own it; it's been almost a year since the review was written!

Maiden's best from what I've heard. No filler at all, best tracks are Wrathchild, Killers, and Purgatory. 5/5

I really don't see how people can think that this is Maiden's best album. I mean, where's Bruce Dickinson?

Maiden piss me off. It's in a good way though.

They make me want to actully go out and buy their albums isntead of downloading. I would, but there's like wayyy too many good one's.

IM is probably my fav band right now (Other than Rush, who will always be my favourite)

Decent review.

This is a good album, but slightly overrated. The best tracks are Wrathchild, Killers and Purgatory. I think it lacks the rawness of the first album.

I just got this a few days ago, and it's pretty amazing. I don't think there's a bad song on here, and the bass is quite excellent throughout the album. This is my first experience with Iron Maiden, and I love what I hear.
