Or an even better argument; The kangas were leading the same Crows by 54 points at 3/4 time just 4 weeks ago.

Yet - as much as you hate to hear it - North Melbourne do struggle to run out 4 quarters of football.

Davey, if you have facebook (might be a long stretch), BoT are running a listening party from tomorrow until the release of the album. All you have to do is say you're attending the event for it and they'll message you a password,

There's another new song on youtube, 'In The Vein of Death Valley' that is pretty good.

So far I've heard Saddest thing I Know and Plans, loved both of them so I'm very much looking foward to it.

Album is streaming on Facebook, It's a bit confusing to find though. Plans seems a weird song to have as the opening track though.

Channel V had a half hour of their songs last night. It only worried me about the new album more. The comparison was significantly different in urgency (of both vocals & music). I hope 'Plans' does not end up a highlight.

Kenny singing "Maybe with the lights out we can be bad" makes for good music on the new album =)

New album's streaming from their facebook if anyone's interested, and yes, it has leaked.

It's a lot less poppy, but still catchy as hell. It' mellower too, although there's one or two quite heavy moments. Not sure if it's as good as Universes though, it'll be much more of a grower. Plans and Saddest Thing are definitely not indicators as to the sound of the rest of the album. Second half is much better than the first half of the album. Pretty liberal use of strings and piano throughout, as well. And none of us except Davey will be complaining about the closer being 7 minutes long.

Yup, I haven't heard the entire album yet but from what I have heard I agree with Vooligan very much. I'll give the entire thing a listen when I pick it up friday.

Nice sound-off Billy.

And if the 7 minute closer is like Anberlin's '(*fin)', then I'll have absolutely no problem with it.
