Wasn't big into this or 22 a million, but the new Big Red Machine singles have been all awesome so far, really looking forward to that release.

All of his first 3 albums were uniquely amazing, but then he fell off a cliff with this snoozer and all his recent other projects (Swift collabs, Big Red Machine, probably more I can't remember)

"i don't care for anything he did after s/t" [3]
I can get into some songs of 22, a million but after that he has gone soooouuurrrr...
|

Honestly, I enjoyed the Swift collab more than anything on this album. I'm just tired of all the electronic elements of the last few records... I don't think they fit his style very well

"S/t is my favorite Bon Iver"
It's his best work, and it's not up to discussion.
"For Emma..." is just an special thing, that he or anyone will never be able to capture twice.

Perth, Holocene, Towers, Calgary are the only good songs from it. The rest of them are either boring or downright intolerable (including Beth/Rest, god that song is obnoxious)
