i know that this album would be one of the most long-standing ones, because it's awesome.

This is actually my favorite album by Rise Against. Compared to The Sufferer and the Witness, I think this is much better, and I think it edges out Appeal to Reason slightly (though I haven't heard much of that album, admittedly). I can't really describe it, but it felt like Sufferer was lacking the soul that Siren Song had in such vast quantities.
