yep constant in both ears. zero healing process and loud music could defo make it worse, especially when the noise cant escape like with earphones. it honestly "gets better" depending on my mood. its such a psychological thing

I get it occasionally & man is it annoying, can be really loud at night but possibly you just notice more (weirdly happens when I've been drinking). Hopefully I don't get as unlucky as you, I have earplugs for gigs these days so fingers crossed.

yeh earplugs are a must. even if you dont have it. haha drink is such a strange one. first few years it actually suppressed it and made it better. nowawayds if im drunk it makes it soo bad sometimes
