Why people hate so much this band? There are other power metal bands with cheesy lyrics but RoF is the one which is always attacked.
Their songwriting is probably one of the best in metal. If you like songs with more than 2 chords you understand what I am saying

Band has pretty much been consistent throughout their career, but I think this is one of their better albums. Kind of worried for their future output through, seeing as Luca quit the band after the release of this.
Also, I'm not sure if it comes on all the versions of this, but the one I have comes with a cover of Flash of the Blade, which was pretty much a stroke of genius on Rhapsody's part. All you have to do is read the lyrics and it's practically a song written for them.

I put this one and TFTOA in the same spot. They're not bad, far from it, but they sure lack a lot for Rof's standards.
SOEL is usually a fan favourite, maybe that's the one that would make you like their previous works, who knows?
