Yep. This is definitely one of those hidden gems from the 90s. I wish more people would check it out.

Jesus wept, this might be one of the best first-listens I've ever had. Can't believe more don't talk about this.

Just one of those things I guess, just gotta keep bumping every now and then and hope people find it. Still, I'm glad I checked it out, will definitely be returning to it.

ffs I have 100 friends on last.fm and I'm the only one with this band in the library, why is it so underrated/overlooked? I've been listening to it non-stop since I've found it on rym last week, amazing album.

I've been meaning to give this a go since Stuart Braithwaite from Mogwai raved about it a few years back in an article saying it was one of the greatest of all time.

--On first listen this album kind of reminds me of Smashing Pumpkins' Siamese Dream

obviously different influences but still --

I could never get into that band because the vocals bug me, so I don't know if I'd agree with that comparison or not. Any bump of this album is a good bump, though.

Seriously, thank Allah I found this album again. Meant to check this out a long time ago when I first saw this review but have forgotten all about it since

Yep. No Problem Man : )

glad you enjoyed it!

As for me, this needs some time to grow for me personally. I like it but the lyricism, as well as some of the songs that drag on lower the score somewhat.

This whole album is good. It's time for people to discover it, even if it's 15 years later.
