Last two albums were enjoyable but I think I'm gonna skip this

Well there was only one album in between the two and it wasn't very good so that isn't saying much.

Snide, this is definitely their weakest full-length.

This is their best album since The Hollow isn't saying much. Nothing will compare to their self-titled EP and Sleepwalking. I wish they would go back to that sound and not this generic crap. Also the lyrics are so overly preachy it's unbearable.

Cool man.
Fixed grammar and punctation stuff, but I'm gonna leave it alone beyond that. Learning experience.
Thanks for getting back to me.

Definitely their worst music to date. Sounds like a better version of woe is me. Matty's screaming has gotten worse in my opinion. Old MMF >>>>>>>>> new MMF

This is kinda growing on me. The vocal melodies are so darn catchy. The riffs are samesy, i wish the lead were higher in the mix, and the lyrics are ehh - but still.

This band is fucking sissy wiener doo-doo butter. Matty Mullins is the fucking Ronald McDonald of doo-doo-core, enjoy your fucking happy meal because that's exactly what this is

"This album I dig hard, more than Sleepwalking. It may be because I'm getting a serious Red vibe from it, and Red's one of my favorite bands."
How do you enjoy this more than Sleepwalking? This is more of the same generic crap that they've been putting out since they signed to Rise.

"Well they did get a bit more generic after removing the southern influences that Sleepwalking had, but they also refined their sound. There's one thing that this album (in my opinion) has that none of MMF's other albums have, and that's atmosphere. MMF has always just been catchy, fun post-hardcore for me. But this album has something else to it, I don't really know what it is yet."
Sleepwalking has way more atmosphere. Sleepwalking was also fun as hell. This album is nothing but shitty chugs and preachy lyrics. It's not even fun, it's just going through the metalcore motions.

"Gotta say I disagree with you on the atmosphere part. Sleepwalking was definitely a fun album, but the southern influences detracted from the atmosphere (for me anyways). Only song on that album that I really go back to is "Ghost in the Mirror."
Whether or not it was detracting for you, the atmosphere and music was 10x better than anything they've put out in the last 4 years. What's so atmospheric about this album? There's really nothing special here.
