I can't believe how much I'm enjoying this album. I loved Materia and Classica (never jammed novembrine waltz though I'm sure it's good too), but this one is just hitting all the right notes for me.

how is it that after a nearly decade-long break they managed to come out with an album this good? honestly might be my new favorite of theirs.

When this band puts everything together, they are probably the only metal band I've listened to that can be described as pure beauty. A lot of the songs on here are just lush with atmosphere and sound nice.

This is way different than I was expecting having not heard the band before, but it's great. Agreed that Agathae is the best track, that song is just majestic

This is also my first experience with them. Def agreed with the Enslaved comparison, but I don't hear Alcest.

I'd say it's more like Enslaved, Edge of Sanity, and Orphaned Land had a baby. Either way this is easily one of the best albums of 2016 so far.

Dude Hawks you have to check Classica and The Blue ASAP. The latter is one of my favourite albums of all time.
