I'm not treb but I've heard many Menzingers songs many, many times and if Greg sang over Wedding Singer no one would second guess a damn thing
plus TFB doesn't sound like that, like, at all. there's tfb elsewhere on the record but Wedding Singer isn't it

Idk I just feel like TFB have a more acoustic oriented mid-paced sound and Wedding Singer really reminds me of Time Tables from Chamberlain Waits with the fast rambling verses and the cutesy lead

I guess it's a bit faster paced yeah but it sounds very similar to the Twin Sized Mattress riff and the guitar tones are really similar too

I don't really think of TFB as a very acoustic oriented band anymore, they've been phasing out their folk punk influence since Talon of the Hawk. Wedding Singer would sound weird on TFB's self titled, but i think it would fit in with Back on Top just fine.
Also @grandfather i guess that's my fault, i've heard every Menzingers album but i haven't really listened to Chamberlain Waits that much. I was trying to picture Wedding Singer on On The Impossible Past or A Lesson In The Abuse of Information Technology and couldn't really picture it lol.
