The production definitely takes some getting used to. I fucking hate In the Nightside Eclipse and Nattens Madrigal when I first heard them because of their production. Now they're two of my favorites. Just give it some time.

There were songs from this album that were played as fast and raw as originally recorded at bloodstock open air last year, and i was one of the lucky witnesses. Raw generic black metal this may be, but boy do immortal do it with technique and brilliance.
