It's been years since I've jammed this. I listen to Suffocation almost every time I go to the gym but I usually skip this one because I remember the production being shit, but I also remember everything else being fucking awesome so I'll give it another go.

Yeah this is definitely worth looking past the shitty production. Just blast it.
But yeah whenever I hear the re-recording of the t/t on Pierced it just makes me think how insane this album would sound if it had the same production. Still wish they could've re-recorded the full album.

They can't. I don't even think they have access to the original recording, pretty sure Roadrunner still owns the rights to this. Otherwise they would've remastered it a long time ago, they were just as unhappy with it as everyone else (probably more tbh).
