Same here, other then if something was just so utterly atrocious I kind of wanted to poke fun at it. Only negative review I ever made that was anything serious was of Bring Me The Horizons new record. Articulating why something is "just average" is fucking difficult tho.

This just isn't connecting with me. It's got some great moments but overall it's not having the same affect Saor, WITTR and Agalloch have on me.

That's understandable. Falls of Rauros doesn't click super hard with many people but I guess i'm a lucky one. They've seemed like a band that everyone enjoys but not much else for some time, but there seems a slight change of opinion here at least.

Yeah if this ain't a 5 its damn close! Just jammed it for the third time in row today under a clear, starry sky and was almost moved to tears. The passion, the tactile production and brilliant songwriting merge into pure magic. Holy tits. Yep.

The ending minutes of Arrow and Kiln have me mesmerized

sadly yeah IV H is the only thing that can get me to that warm, tranquil place these days. Even worse is that the average for In the Absence of Truth has fallen back to fucking 3.9

Damn bruv. Id look into Ibogaine treatment if I were you. Ive seen enough people get wrecked by H (including people quite close to me) to know how slippery that slope is. So seriously, if you havent considered it, entheogenics under the supervision of a qualified guide or shaman has a higher success rate than anything else if ive seen if your serious about wanting to right the ship so to speak. That is, look into it if other methods simply have not worked because its gonna be a hell of a ride you dont want to take unless you need to.
