Yeah I rate mostly based on metacritic now (4.1 = 82), so in general that approach has inflated my ratings...but this truly deserves it. It's a very tight, cohesive, and fun pop record.

I'm enjoying this a lot, it definitely beats out the self-titled for me. I'm glad they just went straight-out pop instead of the inconsistent mish-mash of styles they tried for last time.

This. Not trying to make it look like Hayley is a saint, but I really don't like this dude. The fact Zac barely said a word about the whole mess around their break up and now is back to the band makes me think he left mostly due to loyalty to his brother or something like that.
Album rules. Between the first singles and the album release I guess I managed to get used to the fact the band I loved as a teenager is not coming back but the one we have now is matured and consistent. Great review.
