they really couldve made these songs run twice longer and thank god they didnt. nothing overstays its welcome. as stands, this is just a great lil digestible melodic burger of djent m/

Not hearing the longevity. For a band that relies so heavily on its vocalist for its originality and memorability, it's nuts how repetitive Courtney is. Record is in trouble when Secret Garden is one of the better tracks. Don't get the high ratings.

Another album exactly like this would be very disappointing, but this one is quite nice and catchy. Not aoty though

Hurt You sounds like a song I've heard a million times before.

Like the exact same song, haha.

If you dig the style this album is diverse enough. But it's true, riffs and vocals get a bit samey here

if this band came out in 2011, maybe I would have cared. . . now it's just a very old sound, that has been done better, by multiple bands, and the only fun spin is that it's female led (and we already had Destiny Potato), but like. . . I mean, it's pretty much a Fellsilent cover band sans rap (I am just listen right now to Electric Cross and Trust Fall, even identical guitar tones)

yeah everything about this is scrubbed of any personality - far too overprocessed and artificial. it can work for some albums, doesn't work for this one.

For any new listeners who found this album a bit too produced/generic and wanted something more unique/progressive, definitely check out their Single Collection or self-titled EP.

If you only give them another song or two at the most to catch your attention: Electric Cross and The Mara Effect Part 3.

Belcarra was my first introduction to this band and I fucking adore that, so it's a bit disappointing not seeing it here, but I understand the number of singles released up to now and you don't always want to bring older material onto the album.

I'm really digging the record as a whole but again as has already been mentioned, it doesn't really flow beginning to end at all.

Yeah why tf isn't Blessed Be on the album? I agree with others here that it should've replaced Yellowjacket.
