This one's just too inconsistent. I like Chimaira at their best but otherwise I just don't really care. I'm pretty sure they ran out of riffs halfway through the self-titled.

Agreed, but this is definitely second best for me. This was the last time I ever thought this band was great. Maybe there was a couple of tracks on the last album I liked, but overall a weak album.

Yeah I like this one second best as well. I'm skeptical about the new one they got coming out this year, they say its going to be great but the absence of Rob Arnold might be devastating to their sound.

Yeah, it might be surprisingly good or just plain bland. Hard to believe all the line-up changes this band as gone through in a relatively short time.
