I want to be a stupid and shallow mutherfucker now
I want to be a tough skinned bitch but I don't know how
I want to be a shiny new baby with a spongy brain
I want to be a horse full of fire what will never reign

I'm fully convinced that I will cry to "Sunshine" one day.
Not even because it's a particularly sad song (it's not even the saddest on this album), but because it's just so pure and wholesome.

Sometimes the guitar here is genius. In Spirit Ditch when it comes in all tingling during 'The moon it will rise with such Horse laughter' is spine tickling (mom's phone message doesn't hurt) and then it turns slightly dissonant.
And Painbirds has ~3 different guitar bits with different sounds constantly interplaying. It's very curios.

I mean I just went out for a walk on a warm, sunny day and "Sick of Goodbyes," "Sunshine," "Happy Man," "Maria's Little Elbows," "Cruel Sun," and the run from "Ghost of His Smile" to the end all fit perfectly, so I'm gonna have to disagree there BMDrummer.
