Best Post-Rock album of 2011 so far, it's so catchy plus literally all songs are great. I haven't listened to their first album but this is miles better than their previous one.

i somehow dont like where their style is going. Its a great album, but for me it sounds somehow a
little generic. singthewordhope was their best by far imo. This kinda lacks soul for me.

I don't think that works. I don't think it's a trend towards generic music or more accessible stuff even, since Harmony was so individual and great. I just see this as a sound they had for an album. I'll be very surprised if their next album isn't entirely different.

hm, i had this at a 4 for a while but i really feel that it loses its replay value after 10+ listens. not that it doesn't sound great, but there's a few things that just irk me about it. one of those albums that just gets tuned out after you get past the 'epic' aspect, i guess. after that it's just any old post-rock, they just did the mood well.

Post rock for people who dont have 20 minutes for one song. Album is beautiful. Have had it for a while, but decided randomly to listen to it on my 6 hour trek back home from PA the other day. I was floored.

At first listen this seems awesome. Then you realize how harmonically and compositionally bland it is. Maybe I'm just disappointed because the previous album is one of my all time favorites.
