Beyond the Red Mirror was just growing on me and I thought "this might just turn out to be one of my favorite records" and then this album happened. Holy, freakin, s***. That was amazing.

Yeah my fav on here, that chorus is another level of epic. Watch Imaginations Through the Looking Glass sometime, incredible.

The remastered version of this from the CD boxset gives it a lot more clarity and yeah you should all hear it.

Nietzsche wondering if he was wrong and being judged by saints. Epic.

I used to love this album to death - it introduced me to power metal and I am forever glad for that. Over the years though as I have tentatively ventured from the German power "trio" (BG, Gamma Ray & Helloween) I have found that this album has faded to minor obscurity. I might listen to And Then There Was Silence or Wait For An Answer now and again, but otherwise this is a member of my CD catalog sadly gaining dust.

There's nothing wrong with that. I don't listen to it often either but this is a more of a "look what I can do record" rather than one that warrants repeated listening.
