Tried getting into The World Is A Beautiful Place... but couldn't make it past the first couple of songs due to the incessant whining of the singer. Shame, cause the instrumentation is great. Just wish the dude would grow some balls.

Not too much dude, uni started back last week, coinciding with some of my all time lowest motivation. Thinking that this might be my last semester for a while, there is just so many other valuable things I feel I could be doing with my time right now.

You've gotta try and put yourself out there. Fake it until you make it dude, pretend to be the person
you want to be. All it takes is a shift in your mindset, man.
Personally, its not that I'm unhappy. We are both so fortunate. I just don't feel like I need to
finish a university degree in order to attain some kind of validity from the masses. If I do, what
then? Get a job that I hate, serve a 9-5 life sentence just so I can what? Retire at an age where the
greatest pleasures in life have long since passed me by? I don't want to wither away and die like
that. Career's are a 20th century invention, dude. Live your life on your own terms.

Why not defer your degree, save as much money as you can and go travelling? Seems a much better alternative than wasting your time doing something you don't seem to enjoy and who knows, onc you return you might find you've learnt a lot about yourself and where you stand in the world.

Did you go traveling? One of my best friends did(thankfully he came back after about four months) but he said it was awesome seeing all the terrain and place the states has to offer.
