Agreed on the favorite track. The bookends and Beneath Broken Earth complete my top 4.

No Hope In Sight is one hell of an opener too, nobody seems to be mentioning that one. It's hard to pick a favorite here though.

Yeah, I love how it opens with No Hope In sight. All about the vocals on this LP, they really do push the music into amazing places.

No Hope In Sight has some amazing guitar leads and a lot of momentum to get the album going. Victim of the Past might be my favorite track just for that amazing guitar tapping.

Top 3 tracks are definitely No Hope in Sight, Return to the Sun, and An Eternity of Lies.

In regards to comments stating no weak tracks to be found....hmmm yeah I wouldn't call sacrifice the flame a strong track put it that way.

Love No Hope in Sight, Punishment through time, victim of the past, cry out and Return to the sun the best.

Sacrifice the Flame is a lot stronger than Flesh from Bone to me

Distracted by how much Punishment Through Time reminds me of Once Solemn.

Hmm, never made the association. People heard some 'Pity the Sadness' in it.

True. I guess they have a limited supply of fast riffs.

The album has a nice early ‘90s vibe.

This is that rarest of beasts - a 'return to form' album that actually is just that rather than wishful thinking.
