I think I'll end up with a 3.5, now that the initial excitement is gone. Which is still a relatively high rating in my books anyway. Sadly it seems this and The Pale Haunt Departure are the only albums I can really get into, the latter seems to be really damn great after a first listen. I'll keep on trying with the rest too (which I haven't heard completely)

Yeah they are kind of plain and monotonous but for some reason it fits the mood of the music.
