i mean i wouldn't doubt the process went somewhat that way- i've never seen these guys live but i've heard they replicate their songs pretty well. their way of organizing movements seems to work for them

tho i guess i've always took this album in more as a place than as a flowing piece of music

@AlexK: omg your dig made me scream when I clicked it

Never seen these dudes on a live setting, tho. Not on video, not in person. I've always digested their work viewing them in anonymity. More about what they've put onto record than anything else. I heard part of the Peel sessions, but meh. Their records (for the most part) are just magical and elevating experiences for me. But yeah, I can't imagine seeing them live. Probably won't, ever.

i'd see them for sure if i got the chance, but i definitely know what you're saying. there's no way to replicate it exactly anyway

review reads like a 14 year old who thinks all songs should be 5 minutes or less and have verse/chorus/verse/chorus structure. You probably think BMTH are a landmark band

review reads like an ignorant kid who doesn't have patience for drone, not necessarily turning his nose up to lengthier songs or non-pop structures

Trebor Alesana plays instruments, fucking GYBE fucking goes in the kitchen, and drops pans on the floor, open doors and slam them, water the fucking flowers and watch a train go by, then calls it music. [4]
