Apparently saying Brexit is a mess and Theresa May is useless constitutes a 'shitty political opinion'. Hmm. I'd say IDLES' politics are intrinsically tied to their music, and while you can talk about their music and leave their politics aside, it wouldn't hurt and wouldn't be inappropriate to bring it up. I'm pretty sure they themselves would want it.
