I've only listened to this and Plans in full. This album is fantastic, Plans was quite bad apart from 3 songs - two of which combined are the best of their career...probably. I can't imagine them outdoing them anyway (What Sarah Said/Brothers On A Hotel Bed)

Weird. I've always liked Expo 86, Transatlanticism and We Looked Like Giants the most.

Album's full of phenomenal tracks, hardly a surprise that favourite tracks differ. Like, I never understood the huge love for A Lack Of Color, I think it's probably the weakest on the album (although that says very little indeed). The New Year has always been a favourite. The trio from Vessels to Passenger Seat is sublime though.

It's not necessarily that those are the three BEST songs, it's that they all run together and create a sublime, umatched mood that few albums have since created. The only thing I can think of that compares to it is Face of Melinda+Serenity Painted Death+White Cluster.
