Dude, it's Kanye. At least a 75 percent chance it's true. Anonymous sources are always nebulous and undesirable, but the article did cite multiple anonymous sources, and if they're being honest about that, that raises the likelihood of truth substantially.
From what I read, there was never any serious consideration to actually name this record Hitler, it was just something Kanye "brainstormed" or "joked" about, or whatever else you call it when Kanye refuses to take his meds and watches too much Alex Jones.
