will shoutbox a link when I'm home - I think I panned the two halves very slightly left and right, and boosted the drone mix by a couple of db in at least the opener. each track is cut in half at a point that made vague sense according to its playtime and dynamics, but this was solely to optimise last.fm scrobbles bc I'm a stooge - hope that's amenable!

After all that, Dronevil ends up being not only a heavy metal version of the Flaming Lips' Zaireeka

just jammed this and Boris overtook the Flaming Lips on my all-time scrobbles chart - but didn't realise the association until I booted up this page. weird coincidence/great album
