foreground is the most beautiful song this year for sure

its just such an astonishing and eclectic mix of strings, complex acoustic parts, heavenly vocals, disjointed percussion and little splashes of colour that make it so so so special.
Going to be hard to top this for an album of the year... Modest Mouse's EP is out late summer, and Elbow are forcast to release by the end of the year; so it could be tight!
