Nah Shadow Moses isn’t even close to the best song on Sempiternal, and doesn’t trump Nihilist Blues, for example. . Sempiternal is easily the superior record though

Sameeeee, I'd place it in the bottom tier easily.

The vocal melody on Medicine is wasted on a song with such boring instrumentation.
Nihilist Blues is better than at least half of Sempiternal

Shadow Moses is by far better than Nihilistic Blues. That is my least favorite song on the album. I just can't look at BMTH as an electro-pop band. I mean I can hear the sound on Sempiternal and understand that they would follow this direction in three albums. I just didn't expect That's the Spirit to sell out, ripoff LP and derivative alt rock bands. Amo could easily be played on the radio. I guess if bands want to make money today, you have to sell out all of the way to do it. I think this album will blow up on the local alt-rock and rock stations.

I dunno what everyone sees in Nihilist Blues. Its such a middling track. If anything, the closer is the real standout of this album. Its the best track they've made in years.

I Don't Know What to Say is the poppiest song off of the album. If it wasn't so long, it could be released as a single. It is the best song on the album and it is kind of boring in the middle. It goes nowhere in the ending. It isn't a rememberable closer. If you want a better track closer by a similar artist, try God Went North by Nothingmore.

The only legit stinker there is Oh No, and Blessed with a Curse should have been the closer on TIAH instead of The Fox and The Wolf and Off The Heezay is what it is. The other 3 are fantastic.

I agree completely. Blessed With a Curse would be #1 on my list for BMTH album closers. BMTH doesn't have too many deep cuts unless you enjoy metalcore/deathcore. I personally don't think Suicide Season drags nearly as much as I Don't Know What to Say.
